The conference venue will be the RAI Congress Centre. It has excellent connections to all parts of town and to the airport. The venue has a high standard of services and excellent catering.

Floor Plan
We will provide a customised floor plan closer to the conference date. The general RAI floor plan can be found on the RAI website, the conference will be held in the location marked ‘E’.
Covid-19 Policy
RAI Amsterdam follows the Dutch government’s regulations and guidelines to facilitate events in a safe way.
At the moment, the level of the Corona thermometer is ‘low’. This means that in addition to the basic measures below, no additional measures are needed.
Basic measures
These are the basic measures:
- Wash your hands often
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow
- If you have complaints, stay at home and do a self-test
- Provide plenty of fresh air
You are of course welcome to wear a facemask if you wish.
Accessibility
RAI Amsterdam has special facilities to receive visitors with reduced mobility or disabilities. The venue is accessible for guests using a wheelchair. The aisles at the show floor are spacious and the surface is flat. Elevators and disability toilets are available.
