Location
Amsterdam is a convenient and welcoming conference location. It is a compact city with excellent public transport. It is bike-friendly, and has a multitude of cultural attractions, an almost infinite array of bars and restaurants, and a world-famous historic centre that has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Amsterdam is easy to reach from all parts of the world. The airport is only a 20 minute train ride from the city centre, and international train connections serve London, Paris, Brussels, Berlin and Frankfurt. Being a major tourist destination, Amsterdam has plenty of accommodation available, including a large number of AirBnB rentals and couchsurfing hosts.
The weather in early Spring is mostly pleasant and sunny, although there is always the risk of a colder, rainy spell, so #bringyourcoat!
Conference venue
The conference venue will be the RAI Congress Centre. It has excellent connections to all parts of town and to the airport. The venue has a high standard of services and excellent catering.
